Please note: Teammates are responsible for their own transportation to/from Lake Tahoe, NV and round-trip airport transfers.  

 GETTING TO SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, NV:  

  • Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) - 1 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe, NV or *South Tahoe Express 

  • Sacramento International Airport (SMF) - 2.5 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe, NV 

  • San Francisco Airport (SFO) - 4.5 hour drive to South Lake Tahoe, NV 

*AIRPORT TRANSFERS BETWEEN RENO AND SOUTH LAKE TAHOE 
If flying into RNO you have the option of a shuttle instead of renting a vehicle. South Tahoe Express is a commonly used option. We recommend booking ahead of time for your transfers between Reno and South Lake Tahoe.

If you are flying to your event, the vendor listed below provides a LLS discount. Please note, they may not have services in every area. 


Car Rentals - Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the preferred rental car supplier for LLS employees and Team In Training team members. Reservations can be made by going to the Enterprise website and entering the LLS Enterprise account number XZ24113 in the box that says "Promotion Code or Account Number".
