The fundraising totals for Individual Top Fundraiser and Top Team fundraising recognition will be pulled at 9:00 a.m. PST on Friday, May 30, 2025. Totals noted on the leaderboard at that time will be what is announced at our Team Rally & Dinner. Visit the Fundraising Leaderboard to see where you’re pacing!

Stop by to pick up your ride day bib and other essentials for your trip around the lake! Please bring an ID with you. Please note: All riders MUST pick up their OWN bib.

Meet up with fellow riders, take a photo in our photo booth, and enjoy other activities. Friends and family can also grab cheer supplies to celebrate you on ride day!
VIP Celebration | 6:00 PM By Invitation Only
Tahoe Blue Event Center, Sapphire Ballroom, 2nd Floor
Top fundraisers will be celebrated and recognized at our onsite VIP Celebration, including drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Qualify by raising $10,000 individually or by being the captain of a $100,000 fundraising team. Deadline to qualify is May 21st. *Individuals earning the Circle of Heroes Award ($25K+) will receive their medals at this event. Learn more here.

TNT Circle of Heroes Ceremony | Time TBA

The Circle of Heroes is a fundraising achievement for individuals who raise $25,000 within one fiscal year and fundraising teams that raise $250,000 within one fiscal year. Individuals who raise $25K are awarded a Circle of Heroes medal, and their name is listed in LLS's Philanthropy Impact Report. Teammates on teams that raise $250K are awarded Circle of Heroes medals, and their team name is listed in LLS's Philanthropy Impact Report.
Team Rally & Dinner | 6:00 PM
Tahoe Blue Event Center, Arena, 1st Floor
Join us as we come together to celebrate the LLS mission and all that you have accomplished this season. All fundraising teammates receive one complimentary ticket; guest tickets can be purchased in your commitment portal.
Attire: Casual. Wear your purple!
Fundraising Recognition: During this program we will be celebrating our Top 10 Individuals along with individuals who have earned the Hero Award ($50K+) and teams who have earned the Impact Award ($100K+). Reminder that fundraising totals announced at Rally are the numbers shown on the event’s leaderboard as of 9am PST on Saturday, May 31st.
