When you registered for Team In Training, you committed to raising lifesaving funds in return for your participation in America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride. Your commitment response will let your Team In Training staff know your decision to complete or drop from the season. If you choose to continue, you are pledging to LLS to meet your fundraising commitment and participate in your event. After you submit your commitment response, you will receive a confirmation email, will have access to your official event entry, and LLS will begin to confirm your event weekend selections.
Fundraising amounts vary depending on the program benefits selected. If you would like to change your fundraising commitment benefits and corresponding amount, you may do so in the commitment form. Please note, requests to change Fundraising Commitment Levels are subject to availability. Below are details on the fundraising options avalable for this event.

For America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride your personal Team In Training fundraising account must contain, at a minimum, the Fundraising Commitment Amount you select and confirm during commitment, by 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, June 2, 2025. In the event your fundraising commitment amount has not been reached by this time, the credit card you securely provide during commitment will be charged for the difference between what you have raised and the fundraising commitment amount you agreed to raise.
If you are unable to commit, there will be a decline link in the invitation email for you to click on. This will let us know you'll be discontinuing your participation this season and will save you from receiving reminder emails and calls in the future regarding this event.
If you need to discontinue your participation in the Team In Training program after you’ve signed the commitment agreement for any reason other than injury, deployment, or pregnancy, you are still responsible for your full fundraising commitment. If you cannot continue with the program due to injury, deployment, or pregnancy, a doctor's note or copy of military orders must be submitted in order to be released of your obligation to fulfill your fundraising commitment. Funds cannot be deferred towards participation in a future event.
All Team In Training fundraising teammates and event weekend coaches will be provided with a complimentary entry to America’s Most Beautiful Bike Ride. Information pertaining to your ride entry will be asked of you within the Commitment & Event Weekend Reservations form. There is not a separate step you need to complete beyond your commitment form in order to receive your ride entry.

Teammates who commit to a fundraising level that includes “half cost” of a hotel stay will have two options:
Teammates who commit to a fundraising level that covers the whole cost of the room will not be charged for their hotel stay and may choose to have guests in their room. Rooms may be subject to additional fees for high occupancy.
Guests in rooms are permitted as long as total occupancy does not exceed the hotel property’s limit.
Additional fees may be charged for rooms with high occupancy.
The Team Rally & Dinner will be held on Saturday, May 31 at 6:00pm. Details will be shared soon, but the location is in Stateline, NV (South Lake Tahoe area) and is within walking distance to Harrah's and Harvey's hotels. We encourage your attendance to be inspired and share in the excitement with your fellow teammates!
The dinner will be served buffet style. Below is what is commonly served at the Team Rally & Dinner. There may be slight variations at your event.

There are shops in South Lake Tahoe that can help you with rentals, builds, tune-ups, and more. Rental fleets are limited so make your reservation early. You can contact any of the below (or other) bike shops directly to discuss bike rental options or for any other cycling needs.

On Tuesday, May 13th, LLS will finalize reservations with our vendors for hotel reservations, dinner reservations, and ride distance and we will not be able to process changes, including cancellations and refunds.
Event Day Apparel Size selection locks when you complete your commitment since we place orders on an ongoing basis; if needed, you may do a size exchange once you receive your garment. The deadline to request a pre-event exchange is 11:59 p.m. PT Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Please note: Mission Jerseys are not eligible for exchanges.
