Paul Osincup is a Corporate Trainer, Humor Strategist, and author of the best-selling book "The Humor Habit: Rewire Your Brain to Stress Less, Laugh More, and Achieve More'er." in his previous roles as an Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Conflict Resolution, Paul worked with college students with co occurring mental health and substance abuse issues and was a consultant to the U.S. Department of Higher Education Center for Alcohol, Drug, and Violence Prevention. Despite the serious nature of his work, Paul had always been a "jack-of-all-jokes" since grade school, and developed a side-hustle performing stand-up and improv comedy.
