Rates

Friday, August 9th is our final deadline to register for the conference. We are unable to accept registrations after this date.
Please Note: Hotel reservations are an additional fee.
 
Registration

• Full Conference Attendee:
  The cost of attending the Annual Franchise Conference is covered in your franchise agreement. Invoicing for the Full Conference Attendee Registration Fee was processed in February. This is applicable to all owner groups, regardless of attendance, and the $2,000 fee covers two attendees. If you have not paid yet, please do so immediately.

• Additional Attendees:
  You will have the opportunity to register additional attendees -- Owners or Clinic Directors -- for $500 per person. This fee is non-refundable and will increase beginning August 1, to $750 so please register as soon as possible.

• Evening Events Only Attendee:
  For family members or significant others who are not registered attendees and will only be attending our welcome and awards evening mixer [$250].

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Conference: The National Franchise Conference fee included in your franchise agreement is non-refundable in the event you are unable to attend the conference.
  • Hotel: Guests must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours in advance of their arrival date to avoid cancellation penalty.

• Run of House Rate Suite is: $269 plus $40 resort fee plus 13.38% tax 
• Run of House (2) Queen Suite is:  $289 plus $40 resort fee plus 13.38% tax
