Conference Rates

Full Conference Attendee
The cost of attending the Annual Franchise Conference is covered in your franchise agreement. Invoicing was processed in February. If you have not paid your conference fee, please do so immediately. This is applicable to all owner groups, regardless of attendance, and covers two attendees. You will have the opportunity to register additional attendees for $500 per person. This fee is non-refundable. The additional registrant fee will increase to $750 on August 1st. Please register as soon as possible.

Evening Events Only Attendee
For family members or significant others who are not registered attendees and will only be attending our welcome and awards evening mixer [$250].

Cancellation Policy
• Conference: The National Franchise Conference fee included in your franchise agreement is non-refundable in the event you are unable to attend the conference.
• Hotel: Guests must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours in advance of their arrival date to avoid cancellation penalty.

Q. Who do I contact for questions about the conference and/or hotel?

Q. What will the weather be like in September?
A. The weather is typically hot, expect around 90 Degrees during the day and drop to 70s at night.

Venue

Q. Couldn't I just call the Venetian myself and book my own room?
A. Yes, you could do that – however, you would be paying current market rates which can be expensive. In order to get the negotiated Ellie room rate, we strongly suggest that you follow the hotel link provided in your registration confirmation.
Q. What is the hotel check-in/out time?
A.  Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 11:00am.
Q. Is there an additional charge for parking on-site at the Venetian?
Q. Do the rooms have free Wi-Fi?
A. Wifi is included in your resort fee.
Q. Does the hotel have a business center?
A. Yes, there is a business center on property.
Q. Is transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?
A. There is no hotel shuttle or transportation provided. You will be able to utilize Uber, Luft and local taxi services between the airport and The Venetian.
Q. How long does it take to get from the airport to the hotel?
A. Approximately 15 minutes.
