1. Turn your clinic into a Full House (Clinic Directors only please)

This breakout will be a combination of:
(1) Erin Pash sharing her must-know ways of leading as a Clinic Director, think practice management, maximizing Ellie Match, getting to productivity and retaining employees . Hear how Erin went through all of the same things you are as you open and scale your business and how she succeeded at overcoming the challenges.
(2) Ask Erin Anything Live- Clinic Directors only. Bring your burning questions on how Erin would handle [insert situation you are dealing with in your clinic] and get her transparent advice that you can take back and apply.

2. Business Royale: Mastering the Cards of Clinical Business
Erin Jergenson and Ashley Solberg

This presentation aims to enhance the business acumen of our clinic directors. The goal is to enable those who are primarily clinical to understand the business and financial aspects of a successful clinic to support in increasing the overall health of the clinic.

This session is designed to help franchisees understand the best practices and strategies to navigate a path to profitability. Unlike the randomness of slot machines the Jackpot of profitability is in your control.

2. Know When to Hold ‘Em – Build Co-leadership Skills

The partnership between the Franchisee and Clinic Director is critical to the success of the clinic, but that line where business and clinical meet can be a delicate and tricky one to navigate. This breakout will focus on that line, and how franchisees can drive the right accountability without eroding clinician sentiment.

This session will break down the steps of both Client Access Team and Billing shared services for those seeking to better understand the complexity within scheduling and billing, and how to best utilize Ellie systems for smooth performance.
