Historically, our Global Convention has been an important part of our Dale Carnegie culture. After all, it has allowed us to come together as a global company, to foster relationships that would not otherwise exist within our network and to provide our team members with inspiration and skill building that leads to successful, long-term careers with DC.

Yet in our current reality, our Global Convention also comes with rapidly rising hard costs and soft costs expended by both DC&A and the Dale Carnegie Franchise Network. Many franchisees have said it is difficult and expensive to bring their team members to Conventions and this has been reflected in the number of Convention attendees over the years. Adding to these complexities, we do not have a clear way to measure the return on investment of these substantial costs.

Please join Jean-Louis Van Doorne, Aaron Kent, and the members of our Convention Franchise Advisory Council for an important briefing.
