Q: How can I pay for my sponsor order?

A: Credit card is the preferred method of payment. Alternatively, you may pay by check or ACH. Please note that your sponsorship is not considered confirmed until payment is received.

 

Q: How many attendees are expected at the WERC Conference?

A: We expect over 500 people to attend.

 

Q: Can I purchase an “exhibit only” pass for junior staff to attend the trade show?

A: No. There is no trade show at the WERC Conference, the event is designed to encourage attendees and sponsors to connect throughout the entire three-day event. Sales teams, including junior staff, are encouraged to take part in everything the conference has to offer, and to connect with prospects during networking events, education sessions, facility tours and, of course, through your Innovation Session. As a result, we only offer full-conference passes.

 

Q: Does my company have to be a member of WERC to become a sponsor?

A: We welcome all companies that offer solutions for warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment professionals, membership in WERC is not required.

 

Q: Where can I send my logo to for sponsor recognition?

A: Please send a both an EPS and high quality Jpeg file to cliston@mhi.org.

 

Q: Who can I reach out to with additional questions about my sponsorship?

Q: Can I select the time and date for my Innovation Session?

A: If you have a preferred Innovation Session date or time, please email cliston@mhi.org. Session slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the WERC Team will do their best to accommodate your request.

 

Q: How can I collect leads from my Innovation Session?

A: WERC will be offering free lead retrieval scanning during your session.

 

Q: Do sponsors receive the list of attendees, including email addresses and contact information?

A: Sponsors get full contact information for anyone they badge scan during the conference. In addition, they have full access to information shared by conference attendees on the conference app.

 

Q: If I purchase an Innovation Session, how soon will I have access to the recording?

A: The Innovation Sessions will not be recorded.

 

Q: Can I bring equipment, pop-up banners or other display items for our tabletop exhibit?

A: You are welcome to bring small promotional items to put on top of your kiosk counter. Digital monitors can also be added to your kiosk for an additional price.
