Block rate: $269/night for single occupancy. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. The sales tax rate is 7.75%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 15% + 2% ATID assessment + $1.70 Resort Assessment Fee (subject to change without notice).

Room Rates: Rates will be available three days before and three days after the event based on availability. If you wish to extend your reservation beyond the room block dates, please get in touch with the hotel by phone. The rate includes complimentary guestroom internet access.

Reservation Method

Individual attendees can make reservations for this event by calling reservations at 877-776-4932 (please reference the Internet2 Community Exchange 2025 – Group Code INT). Attendees can also book their reservations online using the link below. 

A limited number of rooms at a discounted rate are available for federal government employees. Government ID will be asked for at check-in. If you wish to book a room at the government rate, please contact meetingregistration@internet2.edu.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation without penalty will be accepted up to 72 hours before arrival. If canceling an entire reservation within 72 hours of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged one night’s room & tax.
