Mark your calendars for a unique event! On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the South Central Chapter will host a gathering of distribution and logistics professionals from seven surrounding states.
This regional conference brings together the industry's key decision-makers to discuss current and future trends in the supply chain. It provides excellent opportunities to enhance visibility and engage with clients.

Vendors choose booth number(s) on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum booth size is 10' x 20'. All booths must be inline, and no endcaps will be permitted.
A 50% deposit MUST be submitted by 14 business from receipt of the invoice to secure your space. Payment in full is due by September 30, or exhibit space may be reassigned.
Included in booth fees:
Two (2) passes for the exhibitor booth team are included for a 10' x 10' booth and four (4 passes) for a 10' x 20' space. If space is available, additional passes may be purchased for $25 each after September 1. Multiple staff members cannot use passes to enter the event.
Each booth has power, 8' high black drape, 36" high black side dividers, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one identification sign. (Aisles and booths are not carpeted)

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included.

Sponsor an Educational Session
Sponsor 1 of 12 educational sessions that are conversational and interactive. You select the topic and speakers from your organization or your customers. Educational Session Sponsors must be an exhibitor.
Cost: $750 (limit 1 per company).
Session topics/ideas must be submitted by August 31.
Sessions are encouraged to be educational; client project case studies are preferred.
Pre- or Post-Meeting Promotional Email
This option includes one (1) pre- or post-meeting promotional email to registered attendees between October 1 and October 31, plus one (1) social media post on WERC's Channels.
Attendee List
You can purchase a post-event attendee list to send your custom-branded email after the event. The attendee list will be sent to the primary contact on October 29.

Door Prize Raffle
We will have a floor plan sheet available for attendees to visit and collect a stamp for the end-of-the-day door prize raffle. To be entered into the drawing to win a prize from our exhibiting companies. Attendees must have completed the entire floor plan and overall survey. The raffle drawing will begin at 2:30 PM, and attendees must be present to win.

WERC will be raffling off one complimentary meeting registration to the 2025 WERC Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA.
A 50% refund will be issued if canceled in writing on or before September 27.
Refunds will not be granted after September 27.
