The 2024 Neurological Association of New Zealand (NANZ) Annual Conference is being held in Palmerston North from Wednesday evening 27 November to Friday 29 November 2024.

The conference is always well attended by New Zealand Neurologists and our advanced trainee neurology registrars. It provides a unique opportunity for your company to interact with the NZ Neurological community.

The Palmerston North Conference Centre venue has a large area for tea and lunch breaks in the Elwood Room , the conference will be held in the Conference room with space for pharmaceutical company displays and discussions with your representatives.

Gold Sponsorship includes

Two representatives at the Welcome function on Wednesday evening and at the Conference Dinner on Thursday
A display area 3.0m x 1.2m exhibition booth with 1x multi box, 2 spotlights, table and 2 chairs. Location in the Elwood room in the catering area on Thursday and Friday.
Two representatives attend the scientific sessions.

The cost of Gold sponsorship will be NZ$8,000 plus GST

Silver Sponsorship includes

Bronze Sponsorship includes

One representative at the Conference Dinner on Thursday
A floor space of .90m to house a company banner, in the Limes room on the first level in the catering area on Thursday and Friday
One representative to attend the scientific sessions.

The cost of Bronze sponsorship will be NZ$4,000 plus GST

Exhibition booth details

The exhibition will provide the opportunity for companies and organisations to showcase their updates products and/or service during the meeting.

Emphasis will be placed on ensuring that conference delegates and attendees frequently visit the exhibition area. The exhibition floor plan has been designed to ensure good visibility, access to all stands and maximum foot traffic. To help ensure this, catering will be served at strategic points throughout the exhibition area.

A barista will be onsite serving coffee during all break times.
