Q: Will there be company meetings the week of Family Day?
A: There will be company meetings at the Systemware office on Thursday, August 22 and Friday, August 23.
Q: If I am not local to the DFW area, how should I book my travel?
A: All travel arrangements should be made on Concur. Please plan to arrive the evening of Wednesday, August 21 to attend meetings at the Systemware office on Thursday & Friday.
Q: Who may I bring to Family Day as my guest(s)?
A: You may bring the below guests to Family Day:
- If married:
- Employee and spouse
- If married with children:
- Employee, spouse and children less than 18 years of age and living at home
- Employee, spouse and children who are full-time college students
- If single:
- Employee and one guest
- If single with children:
- Employee and children less than 18 years of age and living at home
- Employee and children who are full-time college students

Q: Who is required to fill in an event waiver?
A: Everyone attending Systemware Family Day must fill in a waiver prior to arriving at the event. Each adult is required to fill in their own waiver and up to four children can be included on each adult’s waiver.
Q: After filling in my waiver, I received a confirmation email with a QR Code. Do I need this to check in at Family Day?
A: No, you do not need to keep the confirmation email as we will use your name to confirm your waiver is complete.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Athletic attire and tennis shoes are recommended.
Q: Are there any requirements to participate in the activities at Bolder Adventure Park?
Q: Will there be refreshments available?
A: Food and beverages will be provided throughout the event. Alcoholic beverages will be available onsite, however they must be consumed after participation in any activities requiring a harness (ex. zip lines, ropes courses, rock climbing, free fall, etc.)
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, complimentary parking is available at Bolder Adventure Park directly in front of the building.
Q: What activities are available for younger children?
A: Children under 42" are able to participate in the Jump Pad, Exploration Play Area, and Adventure Nets while accompanied by an adult. There will also be crafts, face painting, and games available.
