Your ALL-FUN INCLUSIVE® plan offers UNLIMITED Access to Xcaret Parks: Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xenses, Xenses Insomnia, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Tulum- Xel-Ha, and Xenotes. This plan includes food, experiences and shuttles as listed below. Unincluded specialty excursions are linked below within each park.
Booking Your Parks:
Some included parks/tours, classes or restaurants (listed below) require a reservation.
These are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Bookings require your individual hotel confirmation code, found in your Travel Summary email. This would have been sent to you on Friday, Oct 18. Please check your spam folder if not found in your inbox.

If you reserve a spot and then no-show, you will be charged a $25 USD no-show fee.
Parks Transportation:
Each park offers an included and prescheduled shuttle. One in the morning and another at the end of the day at no charge to you.
Should you desire to arrive or return from the park outside of the scheduled and provided shuttles. The hotel concierge can set up a transfer for you at an additional cost.
To enter each included park, you will use your Xcaret hotel wrist band.
Only the use of chemical-free insect repellent, and sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide are allowed in Xcaret parks due to ecological preservation.
Any hotel towels left behind in parks will be charged $35 to your room, payment required upon check out.
Need to Know: Xcaret does not allow cell phones in any of its parks except Xcaret Park itself. Instead, it offers photo packages for purchase. There are Xelfie stations all over the parks, where you can stop to take photos if you purchased a package. The photos are available for download later. Photo package purchase is optional.

SUMMARY
Board a panoramic bus that will take you to Tulum, one of the last pre-Columbian cities that existed. Visit ancient archeological sites including the Castle, the Temple of the Wind God, the Temple of the Descending God, and the Temple of the Frescoes. Afterwards, visit Xel-Há Park while you’re in the area!
INCLUSIONS

Some roads to cenotes are unpaved and bumpy. Avoid the use of makeup, perfumes or noxious repellents as they may affect the ecosystem (you will take a shower before entering the first cenote). Avoid leaving established paths to prevent damage to the ecosystem. Do not touch or feed the wildlife.
This tour is not recommended for people with heart conditions, or those of lungs, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, or pregnant women or those suspected of being pregnant.

Visit Chichen Itza pre-Columbian city, the ancient Temple of Kukulcan, Valladolid historic city and the Cenote Maya Zaci. These are treasures worth knowing by expert guides.
