The IQT Showcase provides an opportunity to understand and leverage emerging commercial technologies for the Intelligence community, DoD, and broader national security system. This one-day event enables attendees to learn more about IQT, as well as the diverse range of ready-soon technologies in our growing and dynamic portfolio. 

As we continue to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we look forward to Showcase as an opportunity to honor a quarter century of mission-driven work with our valued government partners and portfolio companies.

FAQ

Are hotel accommodations available?

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin for Showcase attendees for the nights of Sunday, 9/22 and Monday, 9/23, at a rate of $299.00 per night. Attendees are welcome to make reservations within the guaranteed rate block here

Reservation requests must be made by September 4, 2024 in order to receive the group rate OR until the room block is filled. Please book early!


What is the RSVP deadline?

Please register no later than Monday, August 19, 2024. We encourage you to register early, as space is limited. 


If I miss the registration deadline, will I be able to attend the event?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any late registration requests after the registration deadline, including swaps. We do not allow for unregistered walk-ins the day of the event. 


What is appropriate attire?

Attire for the event is Business Casual.


Can I get a final copy of the agenda?

A finalized event schedule will be available in mid-September and will also be accessible on the event website. Please contact events@iqt.org with any other agenda specific questions.


I have a colleague who would like to attend; how can he/she receive an invite?

This private event is by invitation-only, and due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional requests.


Are non-U.S. citizens able to attend?

Yes, non-U.S. citizens may attend pending the receipt and approval of some additional information. Non-U.S. citizens and multi-nationals must indicate country/countries of citizenship on their registration form and we will be in touch shortly. If you have any questions regarding foreign national attendance, please reach out to the IQT Events team at events@iqt.orgNote, the deadline for all registrations is August 19.


Is there a registration cost to attend?

There is no cost associated with attending the event.


Can I publicize my participation at the Showcase?

No, this is a private event, and your participation should not be publicized. If you have any questions, please contact IQT Events at events@iqt.org

Tech Expo 

The Tech Expo is a valuable component of the event with exhibits and demonstrations from more than 100 of our portfolio companies. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and converse with a variety of companies, spanning advanced hardware systems, Generative AI, biotechnology, communications & microelectronics, and cyber.

Are you an exhibiting portfolio company? See details below. Note, that more details will be added as we finalize arrangements. Please check back often!

Each company is provided with a standard 6'x6' booth, a 4-foot table (42" high, 24" deep), two stools, a flat panel monitor with HDMI connectivity and cables, draped back wall with company branded signage, and one standard power strip at no cost. Of note, if your company previously attended an IQT CEO Summit, the booths at Showcase are smaller.

We strive to maintain a cohesive look and feel throughout the Tech Expo to ensure that your technologies are the focal point of the event. Due to space constraints, we cannot provide, and ask that you refrain from bringing, larger exhibit spaces, pop-up banners, signage, or larger monitors. Thank you for your understanding!

Tech Expo Open to General Attendees: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Evening Reception: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please note, that the reception will take place inside the Expo.

Booth Breakdown & Move Out: 6:00 p.m.

*The schedule is subject to change. The final Expo Schedule will be communicated to exhibitors in advance of the event.

Who from our company is expected to attend and exhibit?

You are invited to bring up to (2) two total attendees to set up and staff your booth. Each individual from your company must register for the event by Monday, August 19 Please reach out to events@iqt.org with any questions.


How is Showcase different from CEO Summit?

The Showcase is a one-day event that features an expo, very comparable to the CEO Summit, and a general session agenda made up of presentations entirely from IQT. Unlike Summit, there are no outside or portfolio company speakers. 


My company was invited to expo, but we don't have the resources to staff a booth. Can we still attend without participating in the expo?

Absolutely! If you feel you do not have the resources to staff a booth at the event, please simply let us know that you plan to participate as a general attendee. Of note, if you register under the attendee category "Exhibitor", we assume your acceptance of our invitation to exhibit.


Our logo and/or company tagline has changed. How do we ensure our signage is up to date?

Once your company has registered as an exhibitor, you will receive an email from our team including the logo and tagline we have on file for your company. Please respond to this email either 1.) confirming the materials are correct or 2.) provide your updated materials by Monday, August 19. If your company logo or short tagline have changed, please email events@iqt.org by Monday, August 19 to ensure we have the correct information and materials for your company expo signage. 

If we do not receive confirmation, or receive materials after August 19, we will print booth signage with the company name only. 


Will there be secure Internet access?

IQT will host a private wireless network available to all exhibitors. Given the high number of individuals and limited connectivity, as a precaution we highly recommend preparing a video demo ahead of time rather than depending on Internet-reliant presentations.


Can I ship materials to the venue ahead of time?

Our tradeshow provider, Premier Exhibits, will manage inbound and outbound shipping for exhibitors - check back soon for more details.

Does our booth need to be "staffed" throughout the entire event?

The expo will be open from 10:00 a.m. through the evening reception, which will be held inside the Tech Expo and will conclude at 6 p.m. While there will be times of higher attendee traffic, such as during the lunch break from 12 - 2 p.m., we encourage you to have at least one person at the booth at all times.
