LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • Incorporate efficient new evidence-based approaches to workup, diagnosis, management, patient education, and/or referral for patients with common acute and chronic conditions in Family Medicine – including women’s and men’s health conditions, chronic gut inflammation, obesity, anemia/leukopenia, liver/fatty liver, hyponatremia/hypokalemia, and hair loss
  • Examine current and future impact of AI on healthcare delivery model, especially in SCPMG Primary Care
  • Improve equitable care by addressing needs of specific patient populations across the lifespan, and recognizing/mitigating provider bias in context of cases discussed
  • Workshops (hands-on, in-person only): Address personal gaps in cardiac testing, joint exam/injections, and simple quick OMT procedures for acute MSK injuries
