All conference sessions will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and IWF has negotiated a special block rate of $320.00 - $480.00 USD++. Your link to book your room in the IWF block will be included in your confirmation email. Please be sure to use this special link to the book.

Cut-off for Reservations has now been extended to Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET.

Hotel cancellation policy: hotel cancellations may be made prior to October 16 without penalty. After October 16, cancellations or no shows will result in a charge equal to 1 night.

Please do not use a third party provider (ex: Booking.com) IWF cannot guarantee the same amenities as those who book in the IWF block.

Valet Parking– the hotel offers valet with in/out privileges, at a rate of $77.00 USD/night for guests staying on property. For outside guest, the hotel offers valet at the rate of $11 USD/hour (2 hour minimum) 

The Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is a 35-40 minute from the Grand Hyatt.

Charges - approximately $51.00 USD/HKD 400 including tolls, this does not include fees for luggage and traffic

Airport Express Line (High Speed Rail Link-AEL)

Time: 30 minutes to Hong Kong Station in Central

Operating hours: 6:00AM to 1:00AM

Frequency: approximately every 8 to 12 minutes

Charges: $15 USD/HKD115 per person

Purchase a ticket at Airport Express train station. Take the train to Hong Kong Station, and take a five-minute taxi ride to the Grand Hyatt

An extra charge of $25.00 USD/HKD 200 will be applied if limousine service is required from 00:00 AM to 05:59 AM*

Where to meet the limousine - After customs, approach the Hyatt limousine Desk located in front of exit B in the arrivals hall
