Pigmentary Disorders Exchange Symposium Resident and Fellow Poster Competition
We invite all resident and fellow attendees to participate in the 3rd Annual Pigmentary Disorders Exchange Symposium Poster Competition sponsored by La Roche-Posay USA, L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty.
All accepted abstracts will be displayed in the exhibit hall for the duration of the conference.
Encore posters are welcome!
In addition, approved abstracts will also be submitted and indexed through our partner brand Read by QxMD.
Contest Details:
Selection will be based on criteria from the Pigmentary Disorders Exchange Symposium Committee.
- First place winner will receive a $250 gift card and second place will receive a $150 gift card.
- Winners will be announced during the Welcome Reception & Resident Poster Awards in the Exhibit Hall on June 7th.
Poster Hall Details:
During the duration of the conference, posters will be on display in the Exhibit Hall. This is a great opportunity for poster authors to network, mingle, and share information on their latest findings and studies with other attendees and PDE faculty.
Submission Criteria:
To participate, please submit abstracts for posters of your latest research on the following topics:
- Medical and/or procedural therapies for pigmentary disorders
- Studies addressing pathogenesis and epidemiology of pigmentary disorders

MedscapeLIVE! will provide you with a complimentary registration to the conference taking place June 7-8, 2025 at JW Marriott Chicago. Daily scan-in and attendance is required.

Meals as indicated on the program agenda are provided.

MedscapeLIVE! will cover up to two (2) nights hotel stay at the JW Marriott Chicago checking in Friday, June 6, and checking out Sunday June 8. Please indicate your check-in/out dates on the application form.
Resident’s Commitment
You are required to participate in all general sessions beginning Saturday, June 7 through Sunday, June 8. Upon check-in to the conference, you will receive information on required sessions and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.
Failure to meet the full attendance requirement as stated above will result in forfeiture of your registration, reimbursement to MedscapeLIVE! for your hotel room costs, and disqualification for all conference awards and prizes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CANCELLATION: You must cancel by Friday, May 9, 2025. If you cancel after May 9 you will be responsible for a $250 charge per night to offset your hotel room costs.

Selection Criteria
Following the application deadline, all materials will be submitted to a committee for review and selection. Demographic information will not be considered in the selection process. Data points are voluntarily being collected by MedscapeLIVE! to monitor diversity at our conference, to ensure outreach and audience engagement efforts effectively meet company goals focused on creating an equitable space for all attendees.
