LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • Understand the “why” behind the use of certain AI products in SCPMG
  • Incorporate updated evidence-based guidelines from literature and publications into the practice
  • Develop individual care plans to improve patients' transitions from the hospital to the home setting, where patients are more familiar and comfortable with their surroundings
  • Reduce length of hospital stays by focusing on the ability of the patient
  • Use SCPMG approved artificial intelligence modalities
  • Exercise diagnostic curiosity to improve diagnostic accuracy to improve the treatment of patients

ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC)

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
