Is a 15-mph speed limit enforceable in a school zone, and what are the speed tolerances? This session will cover PennDOT requirements for signage, markings, and lights in school zones, as well as the study that must be conducted using PennDOT Form TE-112. Public Works | GIS & GPS Data Collection Services for Stormwater Systems | RVE provided GIS and GPS data collection services to map and standardize stormwater assets per DEP guidelines for WMA. The project addressed EPA-mandated updates to stormwater regulations, ensuring accurate maps of outfalls and compliance with MS4 standards. RVE digitized WMA's data, ensured spatial accuracy, and trained staff on GPS equipment.
