Q: What is the cost to attend The Summit?
A: The super early-bird registration rate of $249 goes from April 22, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The early-bird registration rate of $300 goes from January 1, 2025, through February 14, 2025. The standard rate of $350 begins February 15, 2025.
Q: What is included in my Summit registration fee?
A: Your registration fee includes all conference events and sessions, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days. Attendees are responsible for covering their own dinner, lodging, and transportation.
Q: What is the last day that I can register for The Summit?
A: The last day to register for The Summit is March 14, 2025.
Q: What is the registration cancellation policy for The Summit?
A: The Summit registration fee will be refunded only if we receive your written cancellation notice via email to eventinfo@guidestone.org by March 13, 2025. Cancellation requests made after March 13, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.

A: Most people will be dressed in smart casual attire. Even though it can be warm outside, it tends to be cool inside the event venue, so dress accordingly!

Q: When do you recommend we arrive and depart?
A: Registration will open at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2025. There will also be an optional welcome reception on Sunday beginning at 5:30 p.m. Registration and breakfast for the main conference will begin at 7:30 a.m. on March 31, 2025, so we advise you to arrive the night before (if you are not local). The last session ends at 1 p.m. on April 1, 2025. We will have a grab-and-go box lunch available. This should leave you enough time to make it to the airport (DFW or DAL) for a 3 p.m. or later departure flight.
Q: Will there be an app for The Summit?
A: Yes! After you register, we will send you a link to download the event app to your phone. More information about the app will be released about a month before The Summit. We recommend you download the app before you arrive so you can easily stay in the know.
Q: Will speaker presentations be available for me to review after The Summit?
A: Each speaker determines if they will make their material available to conference attendees. All available presentations will be available for download in the conference app.
Q: Will The Summit be live-streamed?
A: No, The Summit will not be streamed.
