The Kentucky delegation has been assigned to the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk. The hotel is a short walk to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center where all the meetings will be held. We are perfectly situated to enjoy all the aspects of the city, including the world famous River Walk and get the most out of the Annual Convention.

All room requests will be made on a first come, first served basis. In an overflow situation, AFBF reserves the right to place you in another hotel with similar accommodations, although the room rate cannot be guaranteed at a different hotel property. If we are given notice by AFBF that some of our rooms will be moved to another property, rooms will be moved based strictly on the time and date of the reservation request. We encourage everyone to make reservations as soon as they are able to do so.

►All rooms are subject to 18% state and city hotel occupancy tax per room per night (this tax amount is subject to change).

►We will be collecting ALL nights of hotel sleeping room costs (minus onsite incidental costs) at the time of registration. If your occupancy level increases above your original reservation, you could be subject to additional hotel charges post event, and fulfillment is subject to hotel availability and terms of occupancy set forth by the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk.

►Self-parking at the hotel is $45.00 plus tax per day and has in and out priviledges.  The hotel also has valet parking at $57.00 plus tax per day. These amounts (if applicable) will be collected by the hotel at your time of checkout. These rates are subject to change. 

►Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

►Kentucky Farm Bureau CANNOT guarantee all rooming requests as they are expressed by registrants. We will turn in all room type and special needs requests to the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk but fulfillment is based on the hotel’s discretion and availability. Please be aware that if you do not arrive for the first night of your hotel reservation, you will be considered a “no-show” by the hotel, and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled. Availability cannot be guaranteed after that point, and no refunds will be given.

►When making hotel arrangements, please keep in mind that all hotel costs are non-refundable after the November 7, 2024 deadline.
