Cancellation terms:

Cancellation terms of registration fee, social events and accommodation in connection with the meeting booked through the registration site.

For cancellations or reductions made before July 3rd, 2025 the full amount will be refunded less an adm. fee of DKK 500 plus any bank fees if applicable. After this date refund is not possible. Namechange however is free of charge.
