- A standard booth is 8' x 10' in a carpeted hall. Each one comes with 8' black back drape, 3' black side drape, (1) 6' black skirted table, (2) folding chairs, (1) wastebasket, and (1) black and white 6" x 24" ID sign.
- Electrical & Internet order forms can be found on the last page of the Exhibit Kit with instructions on how to order from Aria Exhibitor Services.

Important Timeframes: This year will look a little different - our Welcome Reception and Tradeshow will be held together on Monday evening in the Exhibit Hall. We will have appetizers & drinks, drawings for giveaways, music, and a few surprises!

Tradeshow in the Exhibit Hall - Monday, 9/30/2024 - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Exhibitor move out - Monday, 9/30/2024 - 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We highly recommend shipping your items through Viper. If you ship your booth directly to the Aria, there is a chance that they will route it directly to Viper which could cost you twice as much in handling fees.

All Large Exhibits should not be shipped to the hotel. They should go through an outside company
