Contact, collection, and use of information: By registering for this event, you agree that the CAMPUT, CANAVENTS, and service providers assisting with coordinating the event have permission to contact you with your provided contact details about information, materials and updates related to the event. Our service providers are only provided with the information they need to perform their designated functions and are not authorized to use or disclose personal information for their own marketing or other purposes.

Refund Policy: registrations are considered firm, no refunds applicable unless where applicable by law. Delegates can transfer registration to another attendee with advanced notice to help@canavents.com.

Cancellation Policy: While we use good faith efforts to ensure that the event programmes, speakers, topics and venues and dates are correct at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing, or dates of the event. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation, and other expenses).

COVID-19: CAMPUT will adhere to Department of Health (New Brunswick) requirements. Caring for the safety and well-being of our attendees is always CAMPUT's most important priority. As global health concerns evolve, our team is working diligently and coordinating with officials to ensure a clean and safe environment. Should the event have to be cancelled due to pandemic related issues, the Organizer will hold all registration and sponsor fees in trust, and we will work to host the event within a 12-month period.

Media Consent: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that CAMPUT (or its representatives, agents, or service providers) may photograph or record images or videos of your participation in the event. You agree to permit CAMPUT, or any third party licensed or contracted by CAMPUT, to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise globally disseminate your likeness, name, voice, and words in perpetuity in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines, and other media now available and hereafter developed, and in any form, without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the media, the right to use the media (alone or together with other information), and the right to allow others to use or distribute the media.
