Policies

Refund Policy

We’re introducing a nominal registration fee this year to help offset the many costs involved in putting the conference together. This is due to escalating expenses and the impact of inflation on our summit’s base costs. We appreciate your understanding. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • The early bird fee of $85 is 50% refundable.
  • The standard fee of $120 is 50% reimbursable from 8/3/24-9/22/24.
  • The last day to register is 9/22. Cancellations after 9/22 aren’t refundable.
  • If a refund is warranted according to our refund policy, it will be processed within one week of the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur, and you may not be able to attend the summit once you’ve registered. Since seating is limited, we’d appreciate it if you’d promptly notify us if you need to cancel, as it will enable us to clear others from a waitlist. You may cancel your registration through the registration portal or through email at uccybersummit@ucop.edu. See the Refund Policy for information on refunds.
