Senior Leader Program (SLP)

The SLP is a fast-paced, intensive five-month experience providing a learning environment to help leaders enhance their organizational and teamwork skills to handle the formidable challenges associated with moving into new and increasingly complex leadership roles.  

The program encourages participants to go beyond their comfort zone to develop critical thinking and analyzing skills. It features a blend of classroom, online and applied learning, including two four-day-long learning seminars, monthly virtual learning sessions in between seminars, a team capstone project and oral presentation and self-reflection writing assignments.
