The EDP provides a framework for understanding Goodwill’s complex and multifaceted operations and how to manage them successfully as a cheif executive. The unique aspects of this program give participants a competitive edge:

Senior Leader Program (SLP)

The Senior Leader Program (SLP) is a fast-paced, intensive five-month experience. It provides a learning environment that helps leaders enhance their organizational and teamwork skills. This prepares them to handle the formidable challenges associated with moving into new and increasingly complex leadership roles. The program encourages participants to step beyond their comfort zone to develop critical thinking and analytical skills.

The program features a blend of classroom, online and applied learning, including:

• Two, four-day-long learning seminars.
• Monthly virtual learning sessions in between seminars.
• A team capstone project and oral presentation.
• Self-reflection writing assignments.
