Our rooming block at the Galt House is sold out. You may contact Mary Drury at mdrury@ajshotels.com to be put on a wait list for rooms in our block if any become available.

Self-parking in the East Tower of the Galt House Hotel is $30.00 plus tax per day and has in and out privileges. The hotel also has valet parking in the East Tower at $40.00 plus tax per day (please note, there could be additional costs for oversized vehicles). These amounts (if applicable) will be collected by the hotel at your time of checkout. These rates are subject to change.

The West Tower parking garage is owned by the City of Louisville and those parking fees must be paid upon departure from the West Tower parking garage.

We sincerely hope that you will contact your area program director or the state office if you have any problems concerning your hotel reservations or if you need special assistance. 

Advance deposits for the KFB Annual Meeting are refundable if rooms are cancelled three weeks prior to the check in date. Please make sure to adhere to this requirement so that you do not lose your deposit. If you fail to cancel your room reservation before three weeks of the check in date, you will lose your rooming deposit for the KFB Annual Meeting. Cancellations must be made directly with The Galt House by Wyndham. 

The Galt House by Wyndham will send email confirmations for each reservation made. Please note on the room confirmations sent by the Galt House by Wyndham, that rooms associated with the KFB Annual Meeting are considered a group or special event and will be held to the three week cancellation deadline.
