The CanSAGE 2024 Annual Conference will take place at the Victoria Conference Centre in Victoria (BC)

Cancellation and Refund policy
 

If you need to cancel your conference registration, refunds (less a $75 administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Secretariat by August 16, 2024.

All refunds will only be issued after the Conference.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 16, 2024, but transfers are possible with permission of the Secretariat.

Social event tickets are non-refundable.
