Travel information

Dear CanSAGE Participants,

 We are aware of the potential Air Canada pilot strike, which could impact many of our attendees who are traveling to the CanSAGE conference. Air Canada has announced that they are offering flexible options to manage bookings, including the ability to rebook at no additional cost. If you are traveling with Air Canada, we recommend that you review their policies and adjust your travel plans as needed.

At this time, CanSAGE is continuing with all planned programming, and we remain hopeful that the strike will be resolved without affecting our conference. We would like to remind you of our cancellation policy, which states that we are unable to offer refunds for registration fees. However, we understand that this situation may cause concern for some participants.

In light of the potential travel disruptions, we are preparing "Plan B" options to ensure everyone can still benefit from the conference content. If speakers or participants are unable to attend in person due to travel challenges, we will provide virtual alternatives such as recorded sessions or the option to attend remotely, as a last resort.
