When will receive my login credentials?
Before the conference, you will receive your log-in credentials via email along with any additional information to have a successful experience.

Can I share my conference access link with others?
Just like an in-person meeting, registrations are for one person only. The registration provides a single sign-on secure experience for an individual user.

Does the single sign-on allow a group of people to attend together?

VOTING INFORMATION

Q: Who can vote during the business session?
A:
Each Goodwill organization may identify two voting delegates, which must be the CEO or a designated staff member, and a local board member. Please make sure you have coordinated your two voting delegates prior to registering and select the appropriate category (i.e., local board chair or designed member [Voting Delegate]).

Q: How will voting be managed?
A:
Voting will be conducted via a third-party platform, ElectionBuddy. Both in-person and virtual attendees will vote through ElectionBuddy.

Q: When will receive my voting credentials?
A:
All voting delegates who are registered for Delegate Assembly will receive their unique voting credentials (access key and password) by June 18. This email will come from jamie.odonnell@goodwill.org

Q: When will I be able to test my voting credentials?
A:
Between June 18 - 21, voting delegates are asked to visit the ElectionBuddy link to complete the test vote as confirmation that you have received your voting credentials. The same access key and password will be used to vote at the Delegate Assembly on June 24; please keep these voting credentials accessible.

Q: How will voting work on the day of the business meeting?
A:
On the morning of June 24, voting delegates will receive a reminder email with their voting credentials and the link for voting. The link will also be shared on-screen in the conference room and on the virtual conference platform during the business meeting. Voting delegates should access this link in a different browser or on their phone, while they remain in the conference platform. You will only need to log in to the ElectionBuddy link once to proceed through all votes as they become available during the meeting.

Q: What if I still have more questions?
A:
If you have any concerns about voting or do not receive the email with your voting credentials, please contact Jamie O’Donnell at jamie.odonnell@goodwill.org.
