What is the price to register as an attendee?

There is no cost for biologic coordinators and dermatology office staff to register for the conference.

Accommodations

How can I book a hotel room?

You can book a room in our discounted room block at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the conference that will provide the link to make your hotel reservation.

Is there a deadline for booking the hotel room?

Yes, the room block cutoff date is October 7. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability as we’ve secured great rates for our attendees. Our room block sold out last year!

Travel

What is the nearest airport to the conference location?

The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 18 miles from JW Marriott Bonnet Creek.

Is there transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, conference attendees will have access to receive an Uber voucher code to enjoy complimentary ride service (up to $50) from MCO to the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Saturday, October 26 – Sunday, October 27 and from the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek to MCO on Tuesday, October 29 after 4:00 PM. The staff at BCoD will be reaching out to each registrant to collect the phone number or email address that is associated with your Uber account as vouchers must be loaded onto your account to be used.

What are the parking options at the hotel?

For a daily fee, valet and self-parking are available at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. Check the hotel website for more information.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual. We recommend bringing layers as conference centers can be chilly.

What is the weather like in Orlando in late October?

Average high: 83°F (28°C), Average low: 66°F (19°C).

What should I bring to the conference?

Bring your conference confirmation, photo ID, business cards for networking, and any materials needed for your sessions. Please note that attendees will receive a binder resource during the conference Masterclass, so leave a little space in your suitcase.

Yes, a mobile conference app will help you plan your schedule and connect with other attendees. App availability will open to registrants before the conference so you can build your agenda and make connections.

You can sign up for sessions through our conference mobile app, which will be available closer to the conference. Information will be sent to registered attendees.
