Preferred: Preferred Booth space is shaded in blue on the Exhibit Floor Plan. This color indicates booth space that is preferable because of its location. These locations are expected to have high visibility due to the placement of the hall entrance and meeting refreshments and meals.
Standard: Standard booths are all booths shaded in green.
Nonprofit: 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations qualify for standard booths at a discounted rate. The nonprofit discount is only for standard booths – booths marked with a ‘P’ must be purchased at the Preferred rate. An IRS verification letter must be provided to receive the discount code.

To ensure the relevance and quality of our exhibition, we require all exhibitors to confirm that they are legitimate providers of EMS-related products or services. Exhibitors in the beauty or skincare industry, including those offering red light therapy devices, are not accepted. NAEMSP reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product.
Only companies related to the emergency medical field will be allowed to exhibit at NAEMSP®. Any company who has not exhibited before may be asked to provide a detailed list of the products they offer as well as business certificate(s) indicating all business names the company operates under. Companies selling products on the show floor must have pre-approval from the NAEMSP® Executive Office and products not directly related to the medical field will not be approved to exhibit. If found that your product does not meet our guidelines, you will be asked to leave onsite at your own expense.
NAEMSP® reserves the right to restrict exhibits which are objectionable because of noise, glaring or flashing lights, method of operation or any other reason, and also to prohibit or evict any exhibit which, in the opinion of exhibit management, may detract from the general character of the exhibition. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter or anything exhibit management judges to be objectionable. In the event of such a restriction or eviction, exhibit management is not liable for any refund.
Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for the 2025 NAEMSP® Annual Meeting. A service kit will be emailed (after October 1) to the company contact provided during registration.
Your exhibit booth fee includes two (2) exhibit hall only booth representative badges. Representatives are invited to all events held within the exhibit hall. These badges do NOT include meeting registrations. Exhibit booth representatives must register as full meeting or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates in order to receive continuing education hours. Meeting registration will open in Fall 2024.
Additional booth representative badges can be purchased for $200 each and include access to the exhibit hall and NAEMSP® meals held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days, including the Welcome Reception. Registration for exhibit representatives will open in October 2024.
