Conference objectives

At the end of the conference, participants will be able to:

• Describe the complexities of child and youth mental health, including common disorders, risk factors, protective factors, and evidence-based interventions.
• Apply practical skills and strategies to their respective roles and contexts.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate to improve child and youth mental health services and systems.
• Challenge misconceptions, promote understanding, and create supportive environments to foster the mental health and resilience of young people.
