During registration, you will be asked to reserve your hotel room at the Hilton Cancun. You are required to stay at the Hilton Cancun to attend the convention. Room rates are special negotiated rates inclusive of all food, beverage, resort fees and taxes.

The conference takes place from Friday, January 10 – Monday, January 13. The group rate is $506/single or $560/double occupancy. If you are bringing others in addition to your double occupancy room, those under the age of 18 will not pay a registration fee. The hotel charges the following: 5 - 12 years old at $79 per child per night and over 13 years old at $153 per night.

A select few rooms are available at the group rate pre and post-convention.
