Welcome to the CHUM !

Each year, hundreds of informative, uniting & reflective events are organized and hosted by The Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM). This is how you and thousands of people from different background gather, during those events, to shape the future of our healthcare. 

Well established in the heart of Montreal's landscape, the CHUM is constantly moving and redefining hospital care for nearly one million patients and their loved ones annually. How? The CHUM modern infrastructure includes 770 individual rooms, 39 operating rooms and 443 state-of-the-art examination rooms. We also have the most dedicated and visionary team; we collectively move forward in achieving the best practices in care, research, teaching and innovation. 

At the CHUM, more than 19,600 compassionate staff members dedicate their knowledge and expertise in providing the best healthcare to the Quebec population. The wellbeing of our patients is at the centre of our work.

ISP2025 will take place across two nearby venues, both within a 3-minute walking distance of each other:

 

  • Amphitheatre Pierre-Péladeau (Pavillon A) – ground floor
    Thursday, September 18 – Afternoon Sessions

  • CRCHUM: Amphitheatre and Agora (Pavillon R) – 5th floor
    Thursday, September 18 – Welcome Reception
    Friday, September 19 & Saturday, September 20 – Full-Day

Congress Dinner &
Festive Evening Venue

 

Enjoy a Montreal-themed buffet dinner with a tremendous view on the city with your fellow participants at Montreal Science Center. Ideally located in the heart of the Old Port of Montreal, a 10 minutes walk from CHUM, the Montreal Science Centre is entirely devoted to science and technology and is notable for the excellent quality of its exhibitions and the use of interactive devices in an innovative environment, both educational and entertaining.

Make sure to arrive early for the cocktail reception as you will have the opportunity to visit the «HUMAN» exhibition from 7:30 pm to 8:30pm.    

After the cocktail reception, themed stations will be available to delight your taste buds and introduce you to some of Montreal's culinary delights.
