Registration Information

All fees stated above are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Included with Registration:

Full registration includes all scientific and social program, lunches and coffee breaks, conference festive dinner.

Student (graduate, post-doctoral, medical trainees) and patient fees include scientific program, lunches, coffee breaks and welcome reception.

Conference dinner including festive evening fee available for students, patients and accompanying persons.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ISP2025 Secretariat at isp2025@jpdl.com.

- Until August 4, 2025: 100% of fees will be refunded, minus $70 CAD for administrative fees.
- From August 5 to September 4, 2025: 50% of fees will be refunded, minus $70 CAD for administrative fees.
- From September 4, 2025: no refund of registration fees will be accepted.

Transfer of registration 
Registrations are transferable at no additional cost until September 4, 2025.
Requests for changes should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat at isp2025@jpdl.com.

All participants must ensure that they have all the necessary documents in their possession before entering Canada.

FAILURE TO OBTAIN A VISA
In the event of non-obtainment of a visa, registration fees will be reimbursed, minus an administrative fee of $70 CAD. The participant must make a written request ISP2025 Secretariat at isp2025@jpdl.com and attach proof of non-obtainment of the visa by September 4, 2025.

No refunds will be accepted after September 4, 2025.

Social Activities

ISP2025 conference organizers reserves the right to cancel an activity if the number of participants is insufficient and will reimburse the activity fee in the event of cancellation.

Accomodation Information

Preferential rates have been negotiated for the participants of ISP 2025. All the hotels are located within a 5 to 15 minute walk from the CHUM. The hotels are also near many restaurants, museums, local attractions and nightlife. The Montreal metro system is an efficient and fast way to get around the city. 

Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

- you wish to arrange accommodations outside the official dates;
- you change your hotel booking; or  
- you submit an inquiry.  

Reservation Guarantee 
A credit card is required to book and guarantee the reservation. Reservations will not be processed without a credit card.  Most hotels will debit one night’s stay 7 days to 72 hours prior to your arrival, which is non-refundable.   

Early Departure   
An early departure fee may apply based on the individual hotel policy. It is recommended to reconfirm your departure date upon arrival to avoid this fee.  

Changes   
All hotel reservation changes must be sent to the hotel directly.  

Cancellation Policy/ Deposit  
Hotel cancellation can be made from 7 days to 72 hours prior to the arrival date with no penalty. If you do not cancel your reservation in writing in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file.  Most hotels will debit one night’s stay 7 days to 72 hours prior to your arrival, as a deposit, which is non-refundable.    

No shows (non-cancelled rooms) 
If you do not cancel your reservation in writing in advance of the cancellation date, the cost of the room may be charged in full on the credit card on file.
