Hall Access & Set-Up Times

Please ensure you use the Convention Centre & Exhibition Hall entrance on the ground floor on arrival at the hotel.

Conference App

The app will be launching in mid-June and can be used for onsite delegate scanning, viewing the attendee list, and more.

Skills & Grills

Following Day One of the Conference, come join us for a relaxed evening. Engage with peers in meaningful conversations alongside live music, garden games and entertainment.

Exhibition and Stand Information

Shell Schemes

As per last year, we're using an Octanorm style shell scheme with white foamex infill panels and built to an overall height of 2m.

Space Only & Complex Structures

Fully detailed plans must be submitted - no stand may be constructed on-site without official approval. 

Register your Stand Pass

Book accommodation for your stand support passes and register for your free place(s) at the 'Skills and Grills' Summer BBQ.

Exhibition Floor Plan

Have a look at the CAD version of the exhibition hall. Take the time to familiarise yourself with the layout.

Order Forms, Documents, and Labels

Ordering Stand Extras

You can order graphics, furniture, electrics, and any shell scheme extras via the order forms. Any orders must be made before COP 6 June 2024.

Delivery & Collection Labels

Please ensure that all materials are properly labelled with your company name, the event name, the date of the event, and the stand number.

Health & Safety Declaration

Please complete this form affirming your commitment to co-operation and co-ordination. Submit by COP 3 May 2024.

Food & Drinks Disclaimer

If you are bringing food and/or drinks to distribute to delegates, then completion of this form is mandatory. Submit by COP 10 June 2024.
