Accessible Parking
The venue offers onsite accessible parking for those that require it. Located in their underground car park, with direct access to the hotel via a lift, that will bring you out at both meeting rooms on the ground and first floors. Please note the car park operates on a first come first served basis and incurs a charge of £3.50 per hour for non-residents, or £1.50 for residents. You can pay for your car parking on departure from the hotel at the reception.
The main entrance to the venue is fully accessible, the guest accommodation also has an accessible route from the public entrance to the accessible guestrooms.
The venue has a designated ‘conference centre’ entrance located on the ground floor; it is also clearly signposted from the car park when using the lift. The Chablis suite is where our exhibitors will be based and is located on the ground floor also, conference registration will take place directly outside the suite. The conference will be taking place across three levels of the hotel including the ground floor, mezzanine and first floor: all accessible via a lift and/or escalators. The main plenary room will be located on the first floor.
We have designated quiets spaces at our events to enhance your experience. the spaces provide an opportunity to relax, allowing for sensory breaks and for any required medicines to be taken, and so forth. Please speak to one of the events team during the conference to signpost this for you.
We will provide a dedicated hearing loop section and a screen with closed captions within the main plenary room which will be clearly signed.
We aim to cater for all dietary needs and access requirements, simply fill in your requirements at the point of booking.
These are located on the first-floor hotel lobby. General toilets can also be found on each floor of the event.
Assistance dogs
Service dogs are welcome at the venue. If you require an assistance dog please make a note of this on your booking, facilities for the dogs can be available upon request.
We have a relaxed dress code in place to allow delegates to be comfortable at our event.
There will be access to the main stage via a ramp or steps for speakers.
We will reserve a number of seats at the back of the plenary room for attendees who may feel they want to take a break during the conference. If you would like to utilise one of these seats, please let a member of the team know.
