Packet Pick Up & Event Expo

When:

• Friday, 2PM to 6PM 
• Saturday, 10AM to 6PM  
• Sunday, 5 AM to 7:30AM  

Where:

• Friday and Saturday at The Tahoe Blue Event Center, located on Highway 50 in Stateline, NV 
• Sunday: At the Start Line 

Check in Requirements: 

• Please bring your legal ID, credit card, and copy of your registration confirmation or your Event Entry ID number from your confirmation.  
  • During your online registration, you signed an electronic waiver for the event.   
• Late packet pick up & day of registration will be available at the start line on 6/2/2024 from 5am-7:30am.  
• LLS does not send out rider packets in advance of the event. 
• Can somebody else pick up my packet? Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this request. 

Parking Information

As part of Tahoe’s commitment to protect the environment by reducing vehicle trips, there is no free parking in the Stateline area where the Tahoe Blue Event Center is located. 
Paid parking is available for Tahoe Blue Event Center events at any of the four casinos located in the area (Harrah’s, Harveys, Bally’s, and Golden Nugget) and rates vary for each event. We recommend riding your bike, walking, or taking advantage of our free public transportation options, Lake Link on-demand shuttles & Tahoe Transportation District fixed-route service. There will be a free bike valet hosted by the Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition, during packet pick up on Saturday, June 1st so you can leave your bike safely without a lock. Route and trip planning information and tools, including bike routes and shared scooters (Lime and Bird), can be found here. Note that shared scooters only operate in California so you still have to walk about ¼ mile to the event center if you choose this option. 

NEW! LLS CYCLE TRACKING APP 
For the first time at AMBBR, we’re excited to introduce rider tracking with the LLS Cycle App!  The bike plate you will receive at packet pick up is fashioned with an RFID chip that will scan at strategic locations around the course.  
  
This innovative app allows not only you but your family and friends to:   

• Track progress in real-time during the ride   
• Access course maps, event details and rider information   
• Receive event updates directly on their phones

Bike Checks
We will have 2 local bike shops at Tahoe Blue Event Center during packet pick up: Tahoe Sports LTD & Shoreline of Tahoe. They will be providing complimentary bike checks so you are ready to roll on ride day. They will also have some last-minute cycling items & equipment for purchase.
