If a team member has not yet raised $10,000 when reserving their own room in the commitment and reservation site, their credit card will be charged. Once the team member raises $10,000, the fee will be refunded to the credit card.


Please note: Choice of TNT travel bag or backpack will be offered as an alternative in the following situations:

  • Team member raises $10,000 on or before the hotel deadline (Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020) but would like to share a room with a Team In Training teammate rather than having their own room. (The travel bag/backpack will arrive before event weekend).
  • Team member raises $10,000 between Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020 through Monday, Mar. 30, 2020. (Travel bag/backpack will probably arrive after event weekend).
  • Team member raises $10,000 but hotel availability is limited.

 

  


ROCK STAR

Raise above your Fundraising Commitment Amount by Monday, Mar. 30, 2020 and receive transportation reimbursement for airfare, gas or train expenses to/from event weekend. 

  • $1,000 above - receive up to $250 in transportation reimbursement
  • $2,000 above - receive up to $500 in transportation reimbursement. 

Be sure to save your receipts! Receipts following these guidelines are required for all reimbursements.
