Lodging

• Lodging is not included in your registration fee. 
• We have arranged for special Ascent Pharma Summit group rates at two hotels in Zurich and three hotels in Schaffhausen - the Schaffhausen room blocks are FULL. 
• Meeting Services will submit your hotel needs directly to the hotel you select in registration, but you will provide your credit card upon arrival/check-in to pay for your room. Please do not book your hotel room on your own for these nights. 
• Prior to the Summit, you will receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation. Please do not make changes directly with the hotel. 
• If you no-show to a hotel you've selected in registration, or cancel a night or cancel in full less than 48 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for those nights. 
• We encourage you to utilize one of these five hotels while rooms remain available in our blocks, as we have contractual minimum guarantees to meet at these hotels. 

Hotel Details and Pricing 

• Room types and rates vary across the hotels. Specifics are listed below in each hotel description.  
• Rooms are priced for single occupancy. If there will be more than one person in the room, an additional fee will be charged and differs at each hotel. 
• Room rates listed do not include the city tax of CHF 2.50 per person per day (the Schaffhausen hotels), or 3.50 per person per day (the Zurich hotels). 
• Note that the room/bed types available at some of the hotels may only be comfortable for one person. 
• The Schaffhausen hotels are within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the meeting venues. 
• The Zurich hotels are in close proximity to a train station, and there are direct trains to Schaffhausen hourly. It takes approximately 45 minutes. 
• All hotels include breakfast. Please enjoy breakfast at your hotel, as it will not be provided at the meeting venue. 

Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle

The Hyatt Place Zurich is within walking distance of the airport terminals and the train station. Enjoy modern Zurich design, exclusive shops, and a spacious park right outside the front door. 

The Ascent Pharma Summit room block at the Hyatt Place Zurich Airport includes King Bed rooms at CHF 260.00 per night single occupancy. Double occupancy is CHF 285.00 per night. These rates include full American breakfast at restaurant Zoom. There is an additional Zurich city tax of CHF 3.50 per person per night. 

Kameha Grand Zurich

As a member of the Marriott Autograph Collection, the Kameha Grand integrates "Swissness" in an imporessive manner.  The hotel is located 5.5 km from the Zurich airport, and is easily reached via a 12 minute ride on the Line 10 tram. 

The Ascent Pharma Summit room block at the Kameha Grand includes Premium rooms at CHF 230.00 per night for single occupancy, or 260.00 for double occupancy. This rate includes a breakfast buffet and 1 bottle of water in the room, but does not include the Zurich City Tax of CHF 3.50 per person per night. Please note: these rooms do not have bathtubs. 

Vienna House  - Room block has filled.

Opened in 2014, the contemporary Vienna House zur Bleiche Schaffhausen is located on the edge of the Old Town of Schaffhausen, adjacent to train station and close to the idyllic city centre. Each room provides a flat-screen satellite TV and bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar and enjoy the included breakfast in the restaurant.

 The Ascent Pharma Summit room block at Vienna House includes Superior Double rooms for CHF 189.00 and Deluxe Double rooms for CHF 199.00 (on a higher floor than the Superior rooms and includes a coffeemaker.) These rates include breakfast for one person, wifi and a bottle of water. If there is more than one person in the room, there is an additional fee of CHF 20.00 per day. There is an additional CHF 2.50 per person/per day for city tax.

Best Western Hotel Bahnhof - Room block has filled.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Bahnhof is a family-run, modern four-star hotel centrally located in Schaffhausen. Our hotel is situated just opposite the train station, close to the pedestrian area, shopping and business facilities. Our rooms feature a remote control cable television and desk/work area.

The Ascent Pharma Summit room block at the Best Western Hotel Bahnhof are single bed rooms at a rate of CHF 180 and double bed rooms at a rate of CHF 205. This rate includes breakfast for one person, wifi, use of the gym, and a bottle of water, with an additional City Tax of CHF 2.50 per day. Please note: the single bed rooms are only for one person. 

Hotel Kronenhof - Room block has filled.

In the middle of Schaffhausen’s old town, Hotel Kronenhof offers guests a small but fine 3-star hotel with 42 rooms and suites. The stylish rooms at the Kronenhof feature cable TV and a bathroom with hairdryer. Schaffhausen Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.

The Ascent Pharma Summit room block at Hotel Kronenhof includes single rooms (bed size for one person only) at CHF 140.00, and Economy Double Rooms at CHF 150.00 and 160.00. These rates include breakfast for one person, with an additional city tax of CHF 2.50 per person each day. If there is more than one person in the Double Room category, there is an additional fee of CHF 20.00 per day.
