Overview

This webinar will help governance, leadership, management and colleagues responsible for quality arrangements to reflect on, review and improve where identified their quality improvement planning structure and content. 

This webinar will explore effective design and content choice for successful action planning and prioritising improvement/continuing development work which leads to sustained and positive impact on the quality of a provider’s provision and education for learners.

This webinar will cover: 

  • Designing an effective, lean and impactful QIP structure for successful strategic and operational quality improvement and continuing development planning, to support improvements/further development in the quality of your provision;
  • Building a deep evidence base to inform your QIP using curriculum deep dive processes and impact judgements to shape your strategic priorities for 2024/25 and your operational QIP actions, which have meaningful and sustainable positive impact on your learners/apprentices/employers and stakeholders through effective planning;
  • Examples of an effective QIP structure for ITP’ and other provider organisations, including current practice in quality improvement planning, design and content, to take back and share/use as models that work in your organisation, for improvement and continuing development work to meet good or outstanding practice in the quality of your provision.
