An email will be sent to all registered exhibitors on this date. Do not call the hotel and book directly as you will not be able to receive the discounted rate.

A $25 resort fee will be added to each room night. 

A deposit will be charged to your card when you secure your room. If canceled more than 72 hours before the event, the deposit will be refunded to guest.

Please note, exhibitors are responsible for the reservation and hotel room costs. Secure your room by April 1, 2024. After this date, we cannot guarantee you a room as the block will open up to vendors. 

AIRPORT

San Antonio International Airport is located 14 miles from the JW Marriott with flights on AeroMexico, Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, American Airlines, Condor Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, United Airlines, Viva Aerobus, and Volaris.

TRANSPORTATION

Rideshare transportation services are available to passengers arriving and departing San Antonio International Airport through Uber, Lyft, Wingz, and Wridz. Rideshare services meet customers on the outer commercial curbside, lower level of Terminal A.

Taxi cabs are also available at the outer commercial curbside at Terminal A. For assistance, please see the Airport Ground Transportation employee (wearing red shirt). Fares to San Antonio downtown areas start at $24 – $29 (U.S.) per taxi cab. (Up to 6 may share a cab, if both luggage and passengers fit safely.)

Lastly, you can obtain a rental car through Alamo Rent-A-Car, Avis Rent-A-Car, Budget Rent-A-Car, Dollar Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Fox Rent-A-Car, Hertz Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, Payless Rent-A-Car, Sixt Rent-A-Car, and Thrifty Car Rental. Car rental counters are located in the lobby of our Consolidated Car Rental Facility. Take the elevator or escalator to the Mezzanine Level in Terminal B and cross the Sky Bridge.
