Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you will be eligible for a refund before 28 July 2024 less an administration fee of $50 NZD (including GST).
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to nicky@tomdickandharry.org.nz.
For any conference cancellation after 28 July 2024, no refunds will be offered. No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend the conference.
No refunds will be offered after 12 July for any of the pre-registered activites.
You may reassign your registration to another person, however replacement delegate names and contact details must be submitted in writing to nicky@tomdickandharry.org.nz as soon as possible prior to the conference.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our site or register for this conference and do so in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
To appropriately co-ordinate and manage this conference, the New Zealand Bar Association | Ngā Ahorangi Motuhake o te Ture (Bar Association) and the Australian Bar Association via their appointed conference organisers (Tom Dick and Harry) collects and stores personal information from you, including:
- Name and post nominals
- Company/Chambers
- Contact information
This information is stored in our secure cloud-based database and is not shared with any outside provider, partners or sponsors. In accordance with normal conference procedures, a list of names of attendees and their organisations will be supplied to our sponsors and delegates. We do not supply email addresses or phone numbers.
You have the right to view and update the personal information we hold about you.

The information supplied when registering will be shared and used by the New Zealand and Australian Bar Associations and their conference organisers in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Alterations
While every effort will be made to conduct this conference according to the programme, the conference organisers reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any part of the conference, if circumstances arise which require such action and the conference organisers shall not be held responsible for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person as a consequence.

Attendance at this conference is limited to Members of the New Zealand Bar Association | Ngā Ahorangi Motuhake o te Ture and and Members of the Australian Bar Association and their invited guests.
