• Colorectal Cancer Screening – Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT Kit)
  • At registration, check with one of our volunteers to see if you're due and we'll send a FIT Kit to your home. 
  • Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  
• Cervical Cancer Screening – HPV Testing 
  • Book your appointment by calling (408) 851-3036 and mention “Seeds of Hope.”  
  • Walk-ins are welcome.
