What is the plan for the day of arrival (Friday)?

If you are arriving on Friday, we are kicking off our opening reception at 6 PM in the International Ballroom at the Fairmont hotel.

During the reception you will have the opportunity to connect with other attendees.

Come hungry and have fun!

Is there a dress code at the event?

There is not a set dress code, so feel free to keep it fairly casual throughout the day. Keep in mind that we will be spending time indoors with air conditioning. It's safe to pack clothing for different temperatures.

Will we have wifi connection during the event?

Yes, while in the conference rooms, please use our event network:
Network: TheREALCME
Password: THEREALCME

What should I bring to the event?

There isn't much required beyond yourself, an openness to learning new things, and a desire to connect with your colleagues and peers!

We'll have a better sense of the weather closer to the event, which should help determine packing needs. If you are participating in the run/walk morning activity, make sure to pack appropriate athletic clothes and shoes.

Average temperature for November in Chicago varies from 39 to 50 F. Pack accordingly!

Can I post pictures on social media?

One Medical will be videotaping and photographing attendees of REAL Primary Care. Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to our use of your voice, image, and likeness for any purpose for no additional consideration, and you waive any rights to review or approve any such use. You release us from any claim or liability arising out of our use of your voice, image, and likeness. What should I do if I have any safety concerns?

Reach out if you need support. If you find yourself needing support at any time during the event, the One Medical team is available to support. This is a hotline that will connect to the One Medical Corporate Safety & Security, who will be on duty for the event.

Who should I contact with questions about or suggestions for the event?

Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Events team (events@onemedical.com) with any questions or suggestions and we'll make sure the questions are addressed.
