The planning committee for the 2025 Bridge & Tunnel Inspectors’ Conference welcomes proposals for presentations during the event, taking place from April 1–3, 2025, at the Seaside Civic & Convention Center, in Seaside, Oregon. Proposals that relate to the conference theme, “Navigating the World of Bridge and Tunnel Inspection” are encouraged and will receive priority. Case studies and presentations about lessons learned are of great interest. The committee seeks a presentation from each supporting state and/or local agency.

The Bridge & Tunnel Inspectors’ Conference focuses on the safety inspection of bridges, tunnels, and other transportation structures, and provides continuing education for bridge and tunnel inspectors. The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for inspectors and managers to share information, innovations, ideas, and best practices surrounding safety inspections as well as inspection methods, equipment, and management techniques. Additional opportunities are provided for attendees to gain a current national perspective on bridge and tunnel inspections from AASHTO and FHWA.
