Sunday, April 21st
Join CETA for the Wally Whit Memorial Golf Tournament for a day of  golfing , friendly competition, and camaraderie with fellow industry professionals at the Wolf Run Golf Club.
Much like the first conference that CETA held in 1992 where a golf tournament proved to be an unexpected catalyst, the Wally Whit Memorial Golf Tournament aims to foster connections beyond the scorecard.
Honoring longtime CETA member and Past President, Wally Whit, the tournament provides  a unique opportunity for networking and meaningful conversations about the industry, while enjoying a day out on the greens.

Space is limited, and this will sell out! Rental clubs will be available for an additional fee at the golf club. Transportation to and from the course is included.

Here, guests get a chance to see the process of making mead and enjoy a signature cocktail at the end.

Guests will then go to Lead Dog, one of the lead brewing companies in Reno with over 20 beers on tap, where they can choose from a pint of their choice and take home a souvenir cup. Lastly, guests will go to Ferino Distillery, where they will learn the story of how the bar came to be, enjoy a brewery tour, and indulge in samplings of their craft spirits and cocktails.

Sunday, April 21st. Transportation included.

Attendees will be transported to The Wild Horse and Burro Center of Palomino Valley where they will observe horses and burros, and get information relative to the origins of these creatures. Being part of the unique high desert canvas of Reno-Tahoe has inspired the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino to adopt sweeping green initiatives to dramatically reduce the Resort’s carbon footprint. For several years the Resort has been mindful to minimize the impact of operations on the environment while maintaining a premiere level of service and experience for guests. The Resort has used geothermal energy to heat the domestic hot water for the Tuscany Tower, including the 43,000 square foot Spa Toscana and Fitness Center as well as the two outdoor swimming pools and spas, since the 2007 expansion project. With the culmination of a $9.7 million investment, the entire Resort is now on-line to heat both space and domestic water with geothermal energy.
