This year's conference aims to refine its focus by engaging program leaders and stroke champions from our various medical centers and regions, diverging from our traditionally broader audience.

• Our primary goal is to facilitate active learning, furnish attendees with tangible action plans, and augment the proficiency of our stroke care teams to improve patient outcomes within Kaiser Permanente
• The agenda is dedicated to practical implementation science in stroke care, emphasizing the shift from theoretical knowledge to actionable practice
• As a participant, you will gain insights into evidence-based practices and acquire strategies to customize these practices to your specific work environment, ensuring efficient and high-quality care for all Kaiser Permanente members and patients.
